First of all, let me say that I am not a doctor nor by all means an expert. I am someone who is experiencing challenges regarding anxiety and depression.
I have been reading various books and articles about it and over the years I begin to be able to look at my issues from a different perspective and find a better way to cope with them. It is still a daily challenge, but I now face it with more understanding and strength.
